This area at the southern end of the Harbour Bridge is Sydney’s oldest neighbourhood and is a welcome departure from the towers of glass and steel just a few minutes walk away. Much of the area has been renovated with plenty of expensive restaurants and boutiques. The Rocks is also home to some of the city’s best pubs and can get quite busy on a Friday or Saturday night.

Check out the little bakeries and restaurants and pubs. And for the tourists, walk the alleyways for hidden history!

Full of old pubs. Most with great craft beers. Some cafes are heavy on tourists but that doesn't mean the quality is low.

Very popular with tourists for a reason. Apart of the great view of the Opera house, this area is one of the earliest settlements in Sydney and is full of quaint architecture. Worth exploring.
