Dunk Island It is a typical tropical island with beautiful white sand beaches and well worth the excursion. The island is home to a National and Marine Park, although the eastern end of the island has a big resort. There are some good walking tracks including the Island Circuit (9.2km, 3hrs return) and Coconut Beach walk (6km, 2km return).
