Premier Stateliner coaches run between Adelaide and Renmark. Premier Stateliner coaches leave from the tourist information centre at 84 Murray Avenue. Greyhound coaches also stop here en route between Adelaide and Mildura.
Berri bus and coach stop
Premier Stateliner coaches stop at Berri on their Adelaide–Renmark run. Coaches stop outside the Visitor Information Centre on Riverview Drive.
Barmera bus and coach stop
Premier Stateliner coaches stop at Barmera on their Adelaide–Renmark run. As Barmera is on the Sturt Highway, which runs between Adelaide and Sydney, Greyhound also operate daily coaches that stop here.

Mount Gambier Airport (MGB)
Rex flies to Adelaide and Melbourne from Mount Gambier. The airport is 10km north of town on Penola Road (Riddoch Highway).

Premier Stateliner coaches go to Adelaide and V/line coaches go to Melbourne via Warrnambool and Ballarat. Coaches stop at the Lady Nelson Visitor & Discovery Centre on Jubilee Highway.
Port Augusta bus and coach terminal
Premier Stateliner and Greyhound coaches go to Adelaide. Premier Stateliner also go to Ceduna, Whyalla and Port Lincoln and Greyhound heads north to Alice Springs. Coaches stop at the Mogas Roadhouse on Eyre Highway.
Port Augusta train station
Port Augusta lies at the crossroads of two long-distance rail lines: the Ghan (Adelaide to Darwin) and the Indian Pacific (Sydney to Perth). The Pichi Richi Railway has trains to Quorn in the foothills of the Flinders Ranges. The train station is on Stirling Road.
