Plane spotters will love this museum, which is situated in the original hanger of Connellan Airways at what was the site of Alice Springs’ first airport. The museum is home to several historic aircraft including early flying doctor planes and the remains of the Kookaburra, which crashed in the Tanami Desert in 1929.
