Below 5 is a bit harsh. The rooms are quite comfortable and warm in the winter. Beds are squeaky but not a huge nuisance.

Worked here for 2 1/2 months as a cleaner. Beds were horrible but the location is perfect central. The bar was always a good time at night with games going on. Only for real backpackers, not fancy!

Free Wifi only limited in lobby at day time. Broken lockers in dorm. Hot in the room. Only 2 showers & toilets on 1 floor. Staff at travel desk unfriendly. Close to Victoria Market. Had daily tips

Nice place, friendly staff and crazy happy hours, good located, close to market and subway. The kitchen was way too small and during the weeks I stayed there the kitchen was rarely clean.

Staff isn't very knowledgable or available. Rooms and location were nice but it was almost outweighed by the effort to find what we wanted to do.

Friendly staffs, happening events every night. Could get a little hot in summer as there aren't air con in the bedrooms.
