Kiama Blowhole

Kiama’s major attraction is a blowhole that, under certain conditions, can spray water up to 25m in the air. A smaller one, called the Little Blowhole is located just a short distance south of the Kiama Blowhole.

    Spectacular. Great family atmosphere in the park and surrounds, quite busy, very multicultural. Saw manta rays where the fishermen were hanging out.

    The water goes 25 to 30 feet high. Check the wind direction and don't get wet!

    Best when the wind and swell is from the south east on a rising tide. 3 Good blows on every 10th set of waves. Don't forget to check out the lighthouse!

    Kinda disappointed as I went there with the wrong timing. It's high tide around 8am today, and it depends on the wind direction as well. Anyway, it's a must to go!

    •big & best blowhole. •it is situated in the amazing kiama. •great town. •the town offers:ice-creamery,subway,KFC,a park,shopping for (toys,clothing,grocery's) and much more!! I recommend this!!
